After a long time at home we are so pleased to announce details of the next Experiential BLOMMA Beauty Pop-up, in London’s Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
Pre-COVID, the BLOMMA Beauty team had created an engaged customer base through community Pop-up events and lively skincare evenings (with drinks!). When the pandemic hit the UK this friendly format was put on hold, and their team went virtual, engaging customers with online webinars (paused for the duration of the Pop-up), virtual consultations and try-before-you-buy sample packs sent out in the post; BLOMMA continued to allow customers to gauge which products are truly best for their skin, before committing to buy.
Now we’re proud to announce the return of ‘the BLOMMA Beauty experience’, with their very first standalone store, in London’s Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
BLOMMA Beauty’s experiential retail format brings beauty products to life for customers. Specialising in Organic, Vegan, Cruelty-free and Sustainable products from Independent brands. BLOMMA aim to educate and inspire customers with a truly personalised service. This arrives at the perfect time, as other online platforms report online beauty orders dropping 18% as retail re-opens.
Founder Karen MacDonald has used feedback from customers to create their ideal COVID-combattive setup, which will include:
- Facial Treatment Area*
- Workshops and Classes*
- Beauty Bar for face-to-face consultations
- A hand-picked selection of independent brands loyal customers know and love from the website
Where Do I Find Them?
You can find the BLOMMA Beauty team in Unit E1 on the Ground Floor of Brent Cross, next to John Lewis, and opposite Costa. If you’re parking, or arriving in a Taxi/Uber, the best car park to go to is John Lewis, and come out of the store on the Ground Floor. BLOMMA Beauty have worked in close contact with the Brent Cross team to ensure the PopUp is as safe for shoppers as possible. More info can be found on Brent Cross’ website.
