On Our RadarBritish Denim

This hardwearing fabric has become a staple in our wardrobes and with British brands at the forefront for luxury jeans! Here are a few of our favourites!

The Cutter design is a ’50s straight cut denim but with a slightly tapered fit from the knee down featuring the signature chore pocket, detailed phone back pocket and Rider’s cinch strap, which is now removable and reversible. All sizes come in a 35in leg length, which provides the wearer with a good amount of jean to turn up. This is finished off with roping chain stitch on the hem. Riveted with iconic studs inside and out with contrast binding in to match. These jeans are heavyweight and super strong. They also have some lovely details on the inside, with hand screenprinted pockets with Selvedge details and care instructions in the company’s vintage red ink. Lastly but not least the ‘Made in Britain’ label on the waistband! All Selvedge Denim is woven on two ’50s Blackburn Northrop Power Looms, which produce a characterful denim with a beautiful look and feel.
